Shipping policy

All orders received Monday to Friday before 5pm EST are processed the same day (excluding holidays). Weekend orders are processed on Monday.

After receiving your order confirmation email, you will receive another notification when your order has shipped which will contain your tracking number and the courier service provider used [Canada Post or UPS].

All orders use the standard shipping option. A flat $15 fee is charged to anywhere in Canada and US for packages weighing less than 1kg. If package is heavier the shipping costs will increase and be shown at checkout. Any order over $120 taxes included will be free shipping. 

We ship from Montreal, Quebec. Please be aware we do not offer a same day delivery service. Delivery times will be completely dependent on Canada Post and UPS.

Order processing time will take 2 days and delivery with the carrier can be between 2- 8 days depending on the delivery location.

Matilda's Choice takes no responsibility for any delays caused by 3rd party delivery companies such as Canada Post or UPS.
